Episode #055 – AFL Round 21 Wrapped

A mixed up round in regards to meaning this week, we try to make sense of it all. With finals not too far away, it’s looking like a real race from the flag, with 5th to 8th all gaining momentum.

The Power show everybody that they could have played finals if they wanted to, while Hodgey tries to take a scalp home with him.

Tigers have a feast at the MCG, while misunderstood Dustin Martin offers the Collingwood faithful a sign of peace for still being there in the 4th quarter.

Are we still calling it the battle of the bridge? That’s a shit name, we have to come up with something better for GWS v Swans. However, we don’t.

Essendon and Gold Coast play a game where the jokes just write themselves.

St Kilda almost claim the last big scalp, with their last chance coming this week against Sydney. Also my last chance to get one prediction right. We write off Geelong for the finals too, stick a fork in ’em.

Adelaide bent Brisbane over and stuck something entirely different in them.

North Melbourne firm their chances for a run past the first week of finals, with Freo having the last loss that they could afford.

Carlton play Melbourne, in a match that will definitely have the Melbourne doctor and lawyer fans writing emails to Paul Roos (from Mt Hotham of course).

West Coast are the latest team to give their percentage a kick up the arse.

We go through it all in this episode. Get it in yer earhole.
