Episode #094 – Melbourne Demons 2016 Season Primer

In this episode we stick a fork in the Demons to see if they’re done.
With a 2015 campaign that saw a few leaders and stars of the future emerge for the Demons, with a strong rebuilding of club culture it looks like they can hang on to them as well.

In this the last year of Paul Roos reign, we look back at the impact he has had and in what shape we think the Demons will be in when Simon Goodwin takes the helm.

Have the Dees finally got the right system in place to manage their young talent?
A lot of people making a big deal out of Petraccas broken toe, we think he’s been managed just right and will come out this season to bolster the young Dees into consistent challengers.

Has Jai Kennedy-Harris hit the weights room during the off season?

Will Tom Bugg follow the lead of some team mates and find career best form in the red and blue?

If the stars align, could the Dees make a solid run at that 8th spot?

We also look at their ins and outs during the draft and trade season, what their best and worst wins were for 2015, big games for 2016, who faces the chopping block and our completely useless ladder predictions!
